From vineyard to barrel to bottle we care every step of the way about what goes into making our handcrafted wine.  We pride ourselves in only making wine in small batches that expresses the unique qualities of our land and the individual care of our grapevines. We use American oak barrels and let the wines tell us how much new oak to use on each vintage.

We produce only 400-500 cases of estate wine per year.
