It's finally time to get the juice out of the barrel and into some bottles!!! We are definitely getting closer! Steve at Four Lanterns Winery in Paso Robles along with our neighbor, Justin are helping to get the juice moving. We feel very lucky to have found such a collaborative relationship that allows us to follow our dream of making wine on the Central Coast. Our Cabernet should be ready to ship in July. If you get the chance to be in Paso Robles, make sure you stop by Four Lanterns Winery and say "hi". Steve makes some beautifully elegant Rhone varietals!
