We are over the moon that Tim at Parlor Pizza, Wilton, CT asked us to take over his "Big Pour Thursdays" on Thursday November 7th from 5:30-until the wine runs out! We will pour our 2017 Kahal Cabernet by the glass. Stop by and say "hi", have some delicious pizza, and taste our wine! We are looking forward to creating another experience for you while helping our friends out at Parlor in Wilton Center!

Something else that has us super thrilled is that our wine will be available at the Spotted Horse in Shelton, CT. You can look for it to be on the new Fall menu starting October 28th. If it sells well there, Spotted Horse in Westport might be next! A special thank you to our good friend, Mindee B. for making the connection. We love it when our friends have a passion for our wine and share it with others to help create even more experiences for people.

Harvest this year went really well. We brought in four tons each of the Cabernet and the Merlot. This is the most we have processed yet! We are delighted with the how the fruit matured this year. We had cool nights and warm days, mostly in the mid 80's which gave us about two weeks longer hang time than last year. In addition we were able to hand select and pick our fruit. Soon we will be back out in CA to work on blending the 2018 Cab and Merlot as wel as taste our fermenting 2019 juice!

Last update: We only have 7 spots left in the Founder's Club. If you haven't ordered your case, now is the time! The special discount will disappear at the end of the month.
