A lot of preparation goes into getting the barrels ready for the wine after fermentation. Here are our brand spanking new oak barrels for Kahal Family Vineyards. Here the wine will sleep for 16-18 months! For us, winemaking is all about patience.....which we are learning to have more of these days. The wine is surely worth the wait! Excited about things to come in the new year-most notable will be the release of our 2018 line up! Stay tuned for that and some other news (hint hint events happening at the vineyard.....)
